Starting on Monday, 11th of July … YOGA with Hannah at the Ellington Park Community Café
1pm - Gentle Yoga
A one hour class that helps you to connect to your body in a more mindful way, targeting your areas of tightness and soreness. This class is for anyone who wants to improve their mobility and flexibility.
6pm - Rest Restore Relax
You did it. You made it through Monday. Treat yourself to a 60-minute yoga session that stretches out the tired muscles and strengthening underused ones. Use this time to rest, restore, relax as well as reflect on the day you've have and focus on the week you want. This class is suited to everyone and anyone in need of some me time.

Each class is £7 – and when you’ve been to 9, the 10th class is FREE.
